Beauty Idea: Sheet Masks For Every Part Of Your Body

Hey guys, gals, and gender nonconforming darlings. This week I spent an extensive period of time with the Naisture 15 Minute Pamper Me Kit for Instant Glow (Hair/Face/Eye/Hand/Foot). I got to understand this product on an intimate level and I now consider these sheet masks my close personal friends. Here’s my review of the special home spa care all in one kit that brings natural and moisture (read: Naisture) to my hair, face, eye, hand and foot.

The Hyaluronic Acid Sheet Mask for Moisturizing

If you’ve been following my face journey, you know that I am a sucker for anything with hyaluronic acid because I am highly suggestable to marketing. This was my favorite of all the face sheet masks because it hydrated my face enough to clear any visible signs of dryness. That is no small feat and thus should be celebrated with the enthusiasm given for holidays, birthdays, and the Pope’s arrival. Bravo to this mask.

The Tea Tree Sheet Mask for Soothing

I like the idea of referring to my skin as troubled—like a bad kid that should be shipped off to a midwestern boarding school.

The Collagen Sheet Mask for Firming

While I’m offended that this is for “mature skin” when my skin is adolescent at best, I must admit that this sheet mask made my skin as smooth and taut as Flipper the dolphin’s. I give this product five out of five echolocation squeals.

The Eye Mask for Firming

Generally speaking, I’m not entirely sure what a firming eye mask does. Last time I checked my eyes are in exactly the place I left them. So, in that regard, the firming works.

The Hand Mask and the Foot Mask for Moisturizing

I had never tried a hand and foot mask before and, good God, I love it. Besides the oversized gloves that made me look like Mickey Mouse, a huge plus in my book, my extremities have never been smoother and softer. Who knew being bound by hand and foot could be so absolutely liberating—for once in my life, I didn’t have to do anything. Donning these masks offered a brief reprieve from my capitalist march towards death. I absolutely loved these and my apathy towards the other masks are far surpassed by this passion.

The Hair Mask for Damage Repairing

Honestly, I did not try this hair mask because I am a black woman with delicate hair and I can’t afford my tender locks to fall out. To those who believe I am being overly cautious about what I put into my hair: my junior year of high school, half my it fell out after I tried a new leave-in conditioner. #NeverAgain. There is only one woman I trust with my hair and her name is Inna.
